OTC Motrin should do the trick for pain relief or even OTC orajel because you are teething. If OTC relief isn't doing the trick it may be time to see the dentist.

Hard to say they do hurt,if it bothers you so much go to the dentist and get some pain reliever.

the best thing to do is to have all of them taken out asap...its best to do it before they come in.
