There is lot more in your life to love at your age.
You are in 9th... this is not the right age to fall in love with a girl. And you need to understand the difference between love and attraction.
At 9th, you harldy have any maturity to handle these things. Concentrate on your studies.

Firstly believe me when I say you did not fall in love with this girl, you had a typical and heavy crush, maybe even an infatuation.
At the very most itmay be lust or sexual attraction as your body is experiencing all sorts of changes right now.
Just ignore her for now, that will get to he more than anything, right now all she is liking is the attention and drama.

It is obvious that the girl is not in ove with you. she was upset when she came to know about the feelings you have for her and stopped talking to you. but she seems to be a good girl as she is trying to forget the past and being your friend. my advice is dont loose her frindship by doing something stupid. it is natural at your age that you hada crush on her but you cant force her to like you be friends with her and look for some other girl.
