I'm looking for my daughter(and her mom) I haven't seen in 2 yrs. Att. Gen. ofc. wont help me. what do i do? I don't even know what city they're in. I pay child support, and we (I) have been to court 3 times. When my daughter was born, her mom said she wasn't mine, D.N.A. results said the same. 2 yrs. later, my mom is contacted by childs grandmother and says she is mine. A 2nd D.N.A. test said that she is mine. The mom let me see her regularly for about 6 mos. then the visits stopped. By this time Jessica was 2 and I was about to get married. I took her to court to set up visitation (and child support). This didn't help. After about a year, I had to hunt her down so that I could have my weekend. This lasted for about a year and a half, and was partial cause for my divorce. My daughter was 3 1/2 at the time and will be 6 yrs. old in less than a month. I miss her so much. I've tried to take her to court twice since then, she didn't show up for either. I just keep on paying and hoping.

The Att. Genrals Office will only give me the address where the C.S. payment goes. This just so happens to be a P.O. box in the town we used to live in. I've tried to catch her checking the mail but her mother checks it and sends it to her. Also the Att. Genrals Office keeps telling me that "We do not enforce visitation, we enforce child support" Its like they don't care if I never see her again, but you can bet your *** that if I get behind on payments, they won't hesitate to track me down. I had stopped making payments for the first year that I didn't see her, but I put the money in an account because I knew that I would having to get caught back up. It was $4,000, and the look on their faces when I had it in my hand at court, was priceless. After all that, still no help from them or the Judge. I'm pissed, hurt, saddened, and I miss my baby girl.
