I am having Monto 4 Kit from last 4 months. what are the side effects of this medicine.

Hi, Preeti. Monto 4 kit is a combination of Rifampicin, Isoniazid, Pyrazinamide and Ethambutal. One thing I wish to advise you not to worry about the disease but have confidence on the doctor who prescribed this remedy. This drug is highly active against mycobacterium tuberculosis. This doesn't mean that you are suffering from some grave and incurable disease. Have confidence on the medicine and the doctor. Many of such patients have been completely cured in 6 to 8 months. You will certainly get well soon. Side effects such as gastrointestinal disorders, skin rashes may appear but not in all the patients. Be bold. Life is an adventure fighting with odds. Good luck!
