I got 2 tickets in ohio, one months ago and one just recently. Then I got a ticket in Indiana a few weeks after the newest one in ohio. Should I just pay the indiana ticket, or should I show up at the court date, or should I get it deferred?

No, not 4 tickets in a short time... 1 ticket a long time ago and two recently... And I wasn't going that fast... It was on the interstate... And I wasn't passing anyone... Both times I was the only other car (besides the police car) on the highway at the time.. So no I'm not going to kill anyone's one and only unless my car randomly spins out of control for no reason... And it was only 77 in a 60..
So chill, I was just wondering how the point system worked.

Yeah, you should go to court. And stop driving. It's people like you that kill responsible drivers. I wouldn't be surprised if they suspended your license for a short time. Guess it just depends.

In the future, slow down, before you kill someone's "one and only".

So you have received 4 tickets within a very short time period. Does that tell you anything?

Depends how close you are to the IN border. If you are going to contest it, then show up, if you don't want to go through the hassle, then pay it.

That many tickets, I think I'd call the clerks office about going to traffic school. And slow down!

Go to court they will usually lower the cost if you appear.
