I've chcked and cannot find any of these dogs in europeen regions

Why would you want to pay someone for deliberately producing a cross breed?
Why not just buy a bichon?
None of the crosses will have any attributes that the bichon doesn't have or if you want a coloured dog consider the Havanese which is similar in type but with a floppier coat in a choice of colours.
Think about it......if you have a decent breeding female why would you use it to produce mutts instead of more purebreds? (answer is that some sucker will come along & pay money for puppies that should never have been born)
If you want a mixed breed please adopt one from a shelter but don't put money into the hands of commercial puppy farmers.
