yes it is also possible now but due to religious stuff they do not allow it and may not be allowed in the future because then all parents will make their children become genuises. we will have a world full of einstiens!!!!!!!!

If you wanted all humans to look alike then you would have to clone someone (make an exact copy). If you just wanted them to have the same colour skin you would just need to find the gene/s for skin colour and replace them with ones that code for the colour you want.

Yes, I imagine at some point it will be possible via genetic engineering. I think it's unethical though.
