what do you believe you are her ultimate teacher not her school this is not the schools responsibility and while im not judging you I think yoiu should step back and ponder where you want your childs moral compass set at . I say god created and gave a soul to adam and eav and thats what I teach my kid its up to you science and god are not mutualy exclusive as some would have you believe but even an evolutionist would agree that you should be the one to help your child understand these things not the goverment operated public school system

Tell her honestly that we came from many things. We are the result of time's creation and the needs of the earth. We were created from ape, lizard and fish. Through the help of intervention. Each story about our existence, holds some truth. Time is the first creator(evolutionists can find solace in that) Intervention is the second creator (The story of Adam fits here) Need of the earth is the third creator (the story of Gaia).
No one thing is the right answer it takes all three to find the right answer. Closing her mind to one of these thoughts or ideals is cheating her of real knowledge.

The story of Adam and Eve is a nice story, so is Rudyard Kipling's "How the Elephant got its Trunk.", but neither is scientifically accurate. Both can be explained to your daughter as examples of how people tried to make sense of our world before scientific discovery gave us better answers to these questions.
Of all the skills I try to teach in school these days, critical thinking ranks as one of the most important. Even from an early age, we need to train our children to question, to use skepticism effectively, and to be able to tell facts from beliefs or opinions.

Hmm.. didnt know they still taught we evolved from apes as I am sure Science has denied that already.None the less you can only teach what you understand to be true. The truth is we are created beings and are God's creation. The exact process is in much debate but the Bible is God's truth and has revealed to us we have come from Adam and Eve and they were the first of mankind.

Tell her the truth, Adam and Eve. Evolution is a deception used to decieve people away from the truth. That is how Satan works. Tell her she is being deceived at school. We are not animals. How can an Ape sleep with an Ape and produce us? It is impossible, and it is bull crap.

The theory of evolution has been taught in school for many years. The truth of creation is in God's word, the Bible. You can get some good information on how to deal with this subject at the following link.

Give her a bible. God does not lie, He cannot lie. Scientists can lie and definately lie about evolution. If evolution was true the God was an ape..... come on ... adam nd eve were the father and mother of ALL nations.

Tell the truth what the Bible says that God created Adam and Eve in God's image.
The apes are created by God but we are different because we are so special to God. Man is the only portion of God's creation that was created in His image. The angels weren't, the animals weren't, only mankind was, because God loves us so much.

You might want to explain to her the difference between nice fairy tales and science. Also that we did not "evolve from apes" but that we share common ancestors which is not the same thing.
Of course you should take the time and trouble only if you think that education, knowledge and science are better than ignorance, superstition, faith and beliefs. It's your choice.

well,.. if i were you. I wont try to find the answer here. Because people here even din't find solution for this debate. many choose ape, many choose adam and eve.
Better if you find those closest people who love you and your daughter,.. and listen to them. Coz their opinion will surely try to give the best for you and your daughter. if u attending church, go ask your pastor. if u have grandma, go ask her.
but in the end,... still its your own decision,.. its depend on what kind of life, you want your daughter to have in the future.
