You can't kill the devil. The devil can only be sent for eternal punishment.
To destroy evil and terrorism is simple.
1 - Remove syariah laws
2 - Implement Religious Freedom
3 - Inject secular knowledge.
Do the above 3 steps and the country will be saved. Surgically remove, then put on salve and finally do physio.

If you truly want to kill the devil, then just stop believing in him. "Satan" is so powerful because people make him that way by believing that he is. Satan exists because people needed someone to blame for their short comings and for things going wrong in life sometimes. As soon as people start taking responsibility for their own bad choices, instead of saying "The devil tempted me" and accepting that life is just going to suck sometimes and it's nobody's fault, then there will be no need for the devil any more and he will cease to exist.

Simply believe that the devil is something created in your mind and cease to believe.
I personally believe the "devil" was created by humanity as to create a type of ":scape goat" if you will for the self labeling short comings of humanity.
How easy it is to say "the devil made me do it!"
