i am 12 yrs old and studying inclass 9th.pls give some advice.

hii..i have so many friends who r short...they all are living happily now......its your character and attitude that matters...try to b friendly with everyone

According to some people, this height factor is genetical i.e. it comes from your parents. If they're short in height, your body will have the same features. And they are quite right.
BUT I don't completely agree with them as I'm the living example of an exceptional case here.
My dad's height is 5'3 and my mum's is 5'2. And when I was of your age, I used to dread the same thing.
But I'm 16 now and my height's a well good 5'10
So what I advice you to do is -
WAIT A FEW YEARS AND YOU'LL SEE THE CHANGES AS 15-17 IS SAID TO BE THE GROWING AGE.
Other advices are:
Don't lift heavy loads-try some yoga and stretching exercises in the morning-have a good diet-drink as much milk and other milk products

see it may be hereditary if your parents are short
called constitutional short stature
else it may be due to a bad diet- so take a good protein diet
it may be hormonal imbalance-and visit an endocrinologist for that cause its too complicated to be guided on net
however if u have had your menarche,
chances are it will not help at all

DO SOME STRESS UP HOW TALL YOU HAVE NOT MENTIONED I WILL TELL YOU ONE EXERCISE BELIEVE ME YOU WILL GROW AT LEAST 5 INCHES

try skipping and swimming and take calcium rich food
