A lot of the wineries here in Napa sell this product called Wine Away. It is an awesome product and works every time.

Wineaway is an amazing product. Vote for Lisa H though b/c she answered first. It is a citric acid formulation that essentially neutralizes the pigments in the wine. It should be used immediatly after the spill though. Most all of the wineries in Sonoma/Napa have it on hand at all times. If you drink red wine, keep a bottle on hand.

TRY TREATING THE STAIN WITH AN OXYCLEAN SOLUTION. ALSO, MAKE SURE BEFORE TRYING THIS THAT YOU CHECK OUT THE GUIDELINES AND TREAT THE STAIN ACCORDING TO THE FABRIC. IF ALL ELSE FAILS, JUST TAKE IT TO THE DRY CLEANERS.
