there are many things she could have and one of them is a water infection, which wont get better on its own... i had the shivers when i was very hot and had to wrap up just to stop shivering, but obviously this wasnt helping, i still felt cold even though i was burning up. As for the headache this can just be because of dehidration cause by cold/flu or anything she needs to drink plenty of water and see a doc. also she would do better at home.

good luck with convincing her though....

This definitely looks like the onset of the flu. However if she has been to any exotic places in the last 3 months - she needs to go to the doctor now - as it could also be Malaria (she can check if the country she was in has Endemic Malaria)

I am an alternative medicinal therapist and an ex nurse and i can you now, that she should be home and in bed and in the warm she has the flu coming. if she continues to carry on working she will end up\being carried home. Your employers cannot sack her for being ill. Its against the law

It sounds like she may have the onset of a cold or flu. She needs to go home, as she definately has a temperature.

Sounds like the flu to me.... she definitely has a fever too. She should go home.... If you're sick you're sick and nobody else wants to pick up what she's got so off to bed with her. She'll get over it quicker anyway if she rests and recovers.
