Yes, hep C should not keep you from getting married.
It's a blood-borne disease and is not a sexually transmitted unless blood is exchanged during the act. Avoid using one another's personal care items -- toothbrush, razor, comb, brush, nail clippers, and so on -- because of the possibility that the virus might be spread that way.
