As long as you love that person,there's no problem.if you're affraid to be infected,you can use condom during sexual intercourse to avoid blood contact (since this virus is transmitted via blood contact),and don't use the same injection needle,towel,toothbrush,razor,and even comb with hep C +ve person

Yes, hep C should not keep you from getting married.
It's a blood-borne disease and is not a sexually transmitted unless blood is exchanged during the act. Avoid using one another's personal care items -- toothbrush, razor, comb, brush, nail clippers, and so on -- because of the possibility that the virus might be spread that way.
