There are two possibilities. However like many of Pauls wordings, it does not say "I Pray for X, Y, Z."
Rather there are three concepts.

a) At the end of chapter 3.
i) He prays for the family of God
ii) He prays for God's power through the Holy Spirit
iii) He prays that they may realize,
how Great the love of Christ is

b) at the end of the book
i) He prays for Peace to Christians
ii) He prays for Love with Peace to all believers
iii) He prays for God's Grace.

It means, fold your bed after your sleep. Fold your your towel after you use it, and fold your own clothes!

There's no such thing as 3 fold prayer. Who taught you that trash?
