When I press on it, it puts pressure on my front tooth. What the heck is going on?

It is a pimple, even though is inside the skin. Soon it will come outside. I had 'em before.

More than likely it's a clogged pore that has not come to the surface yet don't squeeze it. Put a warm cloth on it for a few days when you have time and see if that helps to bring it to the surface this won't happen right away but in a day or so .The reason your tooth hurts when you push on it is probably because the nerves are all connected in some way. Hope this helps

you may have a damaged nerve. See a dentist. I've gotten novacane done in my front teeth and they inject it inbetween your teeth and ur nose, but both go numb. or you may have a zit on the far inside your nose, but either way, see a dentist.

get to an ent speacialist
its probably a polyp
and nees removal

Sounds like a cyst, which will eventually go away if you leave it alone.
