look into ww2 they had there own units but i cant remember what they were called

M1a1, that is the biggest load. The Army is a great way to see how racist everyone really is. You talk of the armed forces having no concept of color, yet I have three family members in the army right now who have to deal with completely uneducated racist black and white people on a daily basis. Armed forces is a melting pot of hate.

Many Proud Americans that are African Americans are serving in all the forces. A recruiter may have information on Percentages by Service although the individual Job and Classification is something I have never seen.

What's wrong with finding out what percentage of jobs in the US army is taken up by African Americans?
Stop taking offense at everything out there 1st poster.
I believe that you can probably find your answer via a few quick google searches as I am certain the US Army keeps statistics on this.

Most people in the military would find this question offensive.
There are only two colors for people in the military: green for the Army and Marines and Blue for the Navy and Air Force.
I would suggest that he state in his report: "According the the Soldiers - there are no Blacks nor Whites in the military, they are all 'green'."
