How do i explain to a guy i work with who has a girlfriend. Who i do care for, that the flirting that keeps happening (that i spoke to him about and tried to stop from continuing) needs to really stop, or he has to make some sort of a decision. How can i explain that i dont want to be strung along, intentionally or not and that we cant be that way with each other. I really dont want us to be uncomfortable around each other, before this we were close friends.

How's this? Stop trying to figure out what to say to HIM to try to change the situation. What you need to do is talk to yourself. This guy has a girlfriend who he's probably having sex with and telling her how much he loves her, then he goes to work and flirts with you. YOU get emotionally involved with this cheater, you say he needs to make a decision and that you don't want to feel strung along? He's made his decision! He has a girlfriend! You are the thing on the side, I hope you didn't sleep with him. This guy is a jerk and you are a fool for falling for his crap. And you should feel uncomfortable around him, he's playing games with your emotions and is mistreating his real girlfriend in the process. Be happy you feel uncomfortable, that uncomfortable feeling is all of the warm bullsh*t that you surrounded yourself with being washed clean. It's a little cold when you first step out of the shower, but you'll smell a lot better and be a lot happier in the long run. Find yourself a good man and forget that cheating jerk. Good luck.

Why can't you just tell him what you told us? I mean, that would be the most efficient way and I don't think he would be likely to take it the wrong way. If he does, he's rather childish. Why do you care for some guy who's flirting with you as he has a girlfriend already? Don't you think he would do the same thing if you were going out with him? Have a nice day!

There's no way spare a guy's feelings if you're turning him down, because the simple act of saying "I don't like you" does hurt his feelings. I have a feeling you won't get a "decent answer" for this question, because I suspect what you really mean is "easy answer," and that just doesn't exist in this situation. You have to make it perfectly clear that you're not interested. Everytime he flirts with you, tell him no. Insist. It may destroy your friendship. But if it does, then hell, how strong was the friendship, really, before this?

If he become no longer keen to alter or enable God lead him and become a Godly Christian guy, than I say what determination did you have yet to circulate away. you ought to be risk-free, I pray which you will improve on your relationship with God and placed that ugliness at the back of you. I examine this below and that i desire it helps. God Bless. Oh, and by applying the way, I help divorce while there is abuse, my daughter become abused, and her husband sounds plenty like your ex, and no way did i want her to stay the place she and her toddler must be harm. i'm a Christian and that i do have faith God needs us risk-free. at the same time because it style of feels obtrusive abuse must be a suitable explanation for divorce, the Bible supplies in basic terms 2 motives wherein divorce is authorized: the 1st is contained on the subject of abandonment of a Christian by applying an unbelieving substantial different (a million Corinthians 7:15), and the 2d is that if one substantial different is in touch in a fashion of existence of infidelity (Matthew 5:32). whether God enables it in those circumstances, He has never been an endorser of divorce. it is going to be assumed that 2 Bible-believing Christians won't at the same time conform to divorce, yet ought to prepare the forgiveness and love that God freely supplies us. “'For I hate divorce!' says the Lord, the God of Israel...” (Malachi 2:sixteen). Maybe you can ask him, are you in love with your girlfriend? Do you see yourself marrying your girlfriend? That sort of question, to probe whether his intention is to continue going out with his girlfriend.

If he does, then you need to be firm to let him know that you only want to be friends. You can say something like, I really see you as a great friend, and I hope we can always be.

tell him straight to his face how you feel about his flirting. be honest and open in your request. he will appreciate it - if he is the good friend you say he is - else - just tell him - its sexual harassment in corporate law and if his flirting does not stop - you have no choice but to report him to the management. this can be a empty threat if he takes heed and stops what he does - else go ahead girl - you need to be treated with respect and if he cant do that ( having a girl - which shows he does not respect her either ) repport him - he got it coming to him - after the warning. be safe

Either sleep with him, or tell him he stops or you'll be seeing someone in human resources (personnel) and make an official complaint...

Let him know and be clear about it so you don't send him a mixed message. (I believe I answered this question already this morning.)
