I was never able to get high on coke. I did a lot of meth (15 yrs. ago) and I once burned myself with bleach to kill the buggs I believed to be under my skin. I quit cold by moving to a forest where had no contacts. I have never been back.

Looks like a siezure or spasms from hypotherrmia. call an Ambulance and let the EMTs revive them if needed. Yes the patient can go into cardiac arrest easily, it is also a symptom of Cocaine OD.

i have never witnessed one but i have heard that they go ballistic and then into convulsions
