Does a person's hyperactivity extend throughout their entire body? If not, what body parts/organs are excluded?

See for hyperactivity the master is the brain and as per its commands all the organs of our body work. It is true that when the body has more testoerane then the brain will know it and commands our sexual organs with the urge. This is just like when the acid level in the stomach increases the brains sends the hunger signals to us.

It's not unheard of but general hyperactivity is usually localized to motor and brain function. If you have a specific problem either post it or call your doctor.
