Yes, they 'really' (note spelling) do. They are quite nice actually, but a bit of a faff for not much meat. If you read about food in different cultures I think you'll find lots of things that you would think to be "yuk", but are completely normal for those people. I'm sure lots of people think that some British food is horrid - like black pudding for example - it is, after all, cooked pigs blood! The world is a marvellously varied place, and I think you should widen your experience and not say 'yuk' to anything until you have tried it!
Enjoy the experiences!

Yes, I tried them when I was in France a few years ago, they actually taste just like chicken. I don't think I'd eat them again though because I think it's a shame to kill something for such a small amount of food, I think killing a chicken to kill 3 or 4 people make sense, but when you have to kill like 10 frogs for just one person, I don't think that's right. Also I learned afterwards that they chop the legs off while they are still alive and then just leave them to die.

Yes, they do. I have also seen them for sale in England at a fishmongers, and they looked just like thin white frozen skinned chicken legs. A few months ago I went to Paris, but I didn't once see them on a menu.

It's a delicacy that is served in posh restaurants etc. The french people i have met don't actually like it. They also eat horse meat and stuff. I was in a supermarket there once and they had brains and stuff and a whole pigs head!

They do, and snails. They are both delicious and you should try them before slating them, you and the other small-minded eaters above. Snails are only slimy until you cook them, and frogs legs are battered with garlic. Yummy.
You should worry - in the east they eat tigers.

Yes, they do. Look out the back of most French restaurants and you can see the little limbless frogs in their wheelchairs - it's pathetic!

Certainly, and snails, and horses. Some people like to eat tripe (intestines), or jellied eels. Some eat dogs and cats. But then lots of people eat pig, and pigs are at least as intelligent as dogs. The there's cute little rabbits (delicious), and sweet little lambies (pass the mint sauce).
I didn't fight my way to the top of the food chain to be a vegetarian!
Rat burger, anyone?

So do the Creole. They're actually a little gamey tasting but are very tender. Quite delicious.

my mum isn't french but she ate frogs legs as her starter when out to dinner on new year's eve, she said that my aunt and uncle, who she was with, weren't brave enough to order anything 'different' but were soon trying bits of her starter.
