anyone know what this could be? it effing hurts, bad.i know i know, im gonna try to get to the doc but i want the pain to STOP, it really sucks

Get to the doc now. Sounds like gallstones. Might also be your liver but I would bet on the first. Let us know what happens and all the best!

I am an alternative medicinal therapist and an ex nurse and you could have gallstones in their early stages, I had the same thing. On the other hand you could have pulled a muscle, try a cold compress. Does it hurt to the touch or only when you move,and hurts when you breath in, if so its a pulled muscle If the pain is throbbing or a dull ache and seems worse when you have eaten, then it could be stones

Good gravy, based on those symptoms it could be anything from a cracked rib to pnuemonia. Maybe even heart distress. I would go to the ER instead of waiting for an appointment just in case it is serious. You never know.

Try using a heating pad and advil to see if it takes the edge off. Good luck.

no chance u could be pregnant is there? u get shoulder pain if its an ectopic pregnancy.get to the doctors asap it sounds pretty serious.all the best
