lmao, I agree it is creepy. I understand the need for christians to look for new recruits and all that but.... this goes a little above and beyond especially with the creepy factor.

Creepy isn't the word. The last time that happened I directed the person to the nearest psychiatric hospital. He didn't listen.
And by the way, Christians using a different "vocabulary" cannot possibly be compared with scientists using scientific terminology. That's as bogus as it gets, and arrogant beyond belief.

We Christians use a different set of vocabulary than non-believers do, but that is the same with all groups. Don't chemists and astronauts speak in their own vocabulary?
What you mean is, you think its creepy that someone else, a complete stranger, someone you've never met in your life, would actually demonstrate to you a caring and love for your soul that you may never have known.
Creepy? A little, I suppose, but you'll never really feel real love unless you believe.

Fortunately I very rarely come across religious people of any sort in my life, let alone fanatical ones like that.

A guy did that to me once, and scared me so bad that I punched him in the face and ran. It took me a couple of hours to realize what he was talking about.

yes.
faith, or lack thereof, is an intensely personal matter, and to broach it with a stranger is inappropriate.
