Windows update if you have a legitimate copy of windows.

If its not legitimate you can find it on warez/torrent sites, but its risky.

You can get the service pack 2 by updatiing your windows. Updates are done automatically by your computer.

Call Microsoft's support line and ask for it to be sent to you.
I'm pretty sure you can't download it for they stopped updates to xp below sp2.
