It is a bit of a challenge to come up with a routine over the internet. Your best bet is to go to a book store and purchase a magazine -- Shape or Muscle and Fitness Hers and see what they recommend. Or even a book -- Body for Life comes to mind. They have tons of articles and pictures of what you should be doing in the gym and at a fraction of the cost of a personal trainer.

Also, do not be afraid to take on muscle. Even if you hit the weights hard, as a woman, you aren't going to take on that much muscle. Women don't have the testerone to get huge.

Also, the more muscle you have, the higher your caloric burn for the day is. So the more muscle you have, the more calories you burn by doing absolutely nothing (and ultimately lose weight).

This link here shows you how to do some exercises (with photos): http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/exercises.htm It might be worth checking out.

Also, don't forget to include cardio (treadmill / bicycling / etc.) to help burn extra calories.

Good luck

Many people ask me how they can slim down. I recommend that people eat right and exercise. However, if they would like a little "help", I suggest using natural Hoodia (it's important to note that not all Hoodia works well, even if the bottle says "pure" or "standard").

The Hoodia sold at http://tinyurl.com/y389on is in my opinion the best Hoodia on the market. It's pure, has no side effects, and they give you a free 15 day sample (there is a $7.99 shipping and handling charge, but they also give you free recipe and diet guides). Fantastic results have been seen with this particular Hoodia.
