I think you have things mixed up a bit.
ADAM AND EVES sin was helped along by SATAN. Who God created to be the tempter of the human soul. And they were not the first created human on earth as they met other tribes outside of the Garden when exiled. They were the first of the tribe we call Israelites.
Controlfr has the right idea about the angles. only those that participated in the war were condemned and exiled from heaven to await the day of Judgment. The ones like Micheal that drove them out are still great Angels.
God as the CREATOR made the souls of All that was and will be from its own body. Those that did not enter into the physical universe and became stuck in any of the physical bodies that were there at the time. Those that stayed with the CREATOR Are what we call ANGELS as they are still pure souls.

Angels don't have offspring to pass on the sinful nature.
Humans do. The angels made their choice in heaven 1/3 left and 2/3 stayed with God. They are a spiritual being that can pass through walls as in the story of Peter being released from prison. So they don't have flesh and blood like us. The bible tells us that when Jesus took on humanity He was made a little lower than the angels. That implies He had fewer spiritual abilities than the angels.
You could use the term, "the host of angels".

When Adam and Eve commited the sin, they were the only two people on Earth. So, they represented human kind. Thus, all human kind was punished for their sin. But Lucifer and the other angels who followed him weren't all the angels. there were others as well. So only the angels that sinned were punished. Probably if only Eve had eaten the apple she would have been the only one punished

According to the book of Nod, it did. Bealzibub, Croat, Kor'n, and Peglot, were shipped to hell too. Hell was the earth (not beneath it).
The reason for the descent of the group of Angels was because they did not like the reason for man's creation. It was not jealousy over felowship with god. It was because of the Souls of man being taken. Bael hated the thought of man being torn apart at death, He didn't like that man should die at all.( early times liberal) Kor'n was a yes man. He really did nothing evil towards god. He just wanted one of those women God had made.( He had fallen head over heals for Lillith)
Ultimately 20 Angels lost their wings, Some of them began new races here on earth..
Bael was the bad boy we refer to as Lucifer. He wanted a piece of Yahweh's butt. Vengeful and full of hate.
Bael went to the point of offering Yahweh a good thorough beating if Yahweh ever returned to the physical. Hate consumed Bael and still today that hate consumes. Peglot ran from time and that as they say is that, Croat and Bael wait for Yahweh and his gang of Uriel Gabriel Micheal and another i cant remember the name of. The whole idea of the making man fall from grace is so that Bael and Croat can get a piece of Yahweh. Think of brats in a school yard planing crap against a teacher.
Others lost their Angelic grace as well but names and reasons have vanished into Vatican archives never to be seen again.

Because angels aren't descended from Lucifer.
Lucifer was never any sort of "Vice President" of Heaven. That is Manichean, and such a belief does not come from Christianity or the Bible. You may be thinking of the dignity afforded him in Milton's fictional "Paradise Lost." While an interesting poem, it isn't a scripture or canonical tale.
The biblical account of this revolt is in Revelation 12:7-9, and there is little detail... certainly none according him any sort of "vice presidency."

Lucifer fell from heaven along with the hundreds who rebelled. He was cast down like lightning. God's mercy extended even to him, for He made a deal with God that he would take every believer to Hell with him. Satan doesn't bother with unbelievers - he knows they'll burn with him, but he baits the believers.
The short answer, however, is MANKIND was given free will and free choice; Adam's seed was condemned, yet God shows mercy to those whom he wishes to call & show mercy to.
Lucifer does not have that right of choice, nor the angels who rebelled with him - and THEY were not his descendents, although his descendents do walk the earth, and THEY, yes, are damned.

All of humanity are descendents of Adam and Eve. So their sin caused all of humanity to fall.
But all angels were created individually and directly by God. No angel is the descendent of any other angel. Consequently one angel's sin does not cause another angel to fall.

One obvious reason was angels are not in the image of God and The image of God is that we being flesh also have a spirit and the two are a living soul. God is Father Son and Holy Spirit and they are one God. The sin of Adam was condemnation to the flesh it is the reason all flesh dies. Angels were never flesh and are already eternal creatures and that judgment of eternal beings is reserved for the end of the world. Through Adam all flesh was condemned to death and that is passed though inheriting sinful flesh. All of the eternal creatures which will include man in his spirit will be reserved until the day of judgment which is after the end of this world. Those who accept the atonement will have new bodies and that will be joined with their spirit and they will become new creatures.

Lucifer didn't bear any angels. Lucifer wasn't related to any angels. Lucifer's sin condemned himself. The angels that followed him condemned themselves.
I think.

Lucifer's sin did condemn those Angels that chose to follow him.
When Jesus comes back to claim what is HIS, He will put all that followed Satan in the pit with him.
God Bless You
