Try taking your computer back to a restore point and maybe that will help the problem at least temporary.

What operating system are you running? That would help.
If it's '98 or ME then boot the computer with an emergency startup and do a scandisk.

If Windows2k, boot the W2k CD and run the standalone repair from the menu.

If it's XP , boot the XP CD and do the first Repair. When the prompt comes back, type in CHKDSK /R

first restart ur pc then open my computer ( use right click ==> open ) dont use double click
make a search for file name COPY.EXE and you will find many copyes of it delet it all and with each one "in same place" you will find file names autorun delet it too
there is some copyes will not be abel to delet so empty recicyl bin and restart your PC and do that all again and restart ur pc again
now its over
but tack caer it will be on every disk uyou borned whill it was on ur computer and on any flash disk memory you use
