Well i would say that you need to be seeing more then a doctor once a month, or taking medication, have you talked with the doctor about the medication not working. You really need to get into some kind of therapy, and work on this, they can teach you how to slow down those ovssessive thoughts that you are having, it sounds like you are having more then obsessive thoughts, if you carry your food and drink around the house with you. You really need to go and get some serious help, by a serious professional that knows how to treat this. I had this too, and now i hardly ever have that kind of thought, so it can and does work ,if you are willing to learn, and work hard on the problem. Medication, is a helper it is not always the answer, and most of the time it is used with therapy. So please go and talk with you doctor about getting into therapy for this, before it becomes any worse then it is right now. Hope this helps.

The best way to fight fear is to face it. Sit down, alone, and ask yourself why you are so afraid of death. Did you know that people with OBEs actually describe death as such a wonderful experience that life pales in comparison?? There is nothing to be afraid of death. Try to live such that even if you die this instant, you won't regret it.
Secondly, FACE your fear. The next time you want to carry your drink around the house, Leave it there. Yes, LEAVE it there! And then work up the courage to go back to it after an hour and drink it. Tell a family member to check on you after some time if you're really afraid that its poisoned - poisons don't kill too fast.
Once you've done this a few times, you'll start realising that its not poisoned, and your courage will start increasing. Ditto other actions - do the opposite of what your fear tells you to do - face it.

I guess every way out of the obsessive thinking is work. Doing something. For example, doing something you Wouldn't do and you know it would be good for you and than make like a compromise -
by doing other GOOD stuff you normally "can't do", you allow yourself to continue this "obsession". Why? Because (i think) it has a lot to do with the will to get of the paranoiac state. And THE STRONG WILL can be trained in many other areas of your life and can eventually overcome this fear by itself. Slowly. Failing few times - but you have to fail - so you know when you are on the right track :)
And try to think about it differently. If not - try to accept like it will or would happen. Like it's your faith. I'M SURE IT'S NOT. But it's easier to feel prepared, cause than you move to the things you are not.
Just few thoughts..
Hope you are OK.
Love.

this is not obsessive thinking. it is what they call a fixed paranoid delusion. this causes you a great deal of stress, and robs you of the pleasures of your life. it is a form of psychosis, that usually is relieved by medication. you need to discuss this problem with a psychiatrist, not a family doctor. you need a change or review of your medication, as it is not working properly for the symptoms you have. they usually work if you are on the right ones. schizophrenia usually causes these thoughts. it is thought that the chemistry in your brain is not working properly, causing these problems, and medication seems to be the only way to get rid of them. you need a psychiatrist, not a psychologist to help you. sorry i have no other tips, meditation, therapy, herbs, self analysis will probably not help. hope this helps you

sure, it truly is feasible to have both, yet not inevitably. you're literally not a leper or a defective individual, and absolutely not loopy! all of us have themes/issues we desire we did not have. they are in simple terms diverse themes for diverse human beings. it truly is a chemical imbalance that should be dealt with with the right drugs. there are more than a number of those that go see a psychiatrist for diverse causes. there is not something incorrect with going to work out a psychiatrist - in reality, extra human beings than you imagine go see them. The stigma concerning psychological health is replacing. many situations I hear that if someone brings up going to a psychiatrist, or factor out they are on an antidepressant or different drugs, extra commonly than not, the guy/human beings they tell are very supportive, and some will admit to taking a medicine themselves! keep in mind that it really is in effortless words one small element of you as someone. truly, if someone is going to guage you depending on the actual undeniable reality that you've this condition, then they don't seem nicely worth being round. Or they received't recognize sufficient about the ailment, in which this example this may be an danger to coach them. it really is the first step in direction of dispelling any stereotypes, by technique of how. evaluate going to a psychiatrist. it truly isn't any diverse than going to a coronary heart specialist for a coronary heart condition, heavily. the known of your existence and relationships will be affected if the indications are sufficient to intervene consisting of your each day functioning. desire this facilitates and good success!

Maybe you need to do a past life regression
It sounds like maybe you was poisoned in a past life and carried the feeling into this life.
Or try to meditate and see where it leads you
Love & Blessings

have you gone to see a psychologist? cuz that might be helpful to you. He or she might be able to prescribe some medication for you to take to control those thoughts... or just go to a regular doctor they can prescribe meds for you to take as well
