could someone please tell me what this is; i have 2, theyre on my inner thigh near my genital area. there both on opposite legs but near the same spot. theyre itchy and redish/black colour
theyve been on me for about a month or more
anyone know?

It can be a thousand things. Only a dermatologist can tell you for sure. Have you started using any new products lately. New detergent? Has it been a while since you cleaned your sheets? Are you wearing long underwear that might have rubber spandex in it that's irritating your skin? Allergies? Bed bugs?

sounds like you got prickly heat, when you get too much heat in between your thighs from sweating. Common, so don't worry. Avoid perfumes and powder, pretty much anything with perfume in it. Might have to look at diet, something might be irritating you from the inside. Wear cotton clothes and put some mild antiseptic on them at night time before you got to bed. If they don't start clearing up in about a fortnight, then go to the doc and get some treatment.

sounds to me like thrush men get it all the time usually formed from sweating and the thighs rubbing on clothes.get sum canisten from chemist don worry its really common.

are you overweight? could be your thighs rubbing together. common condition.
if not overweight it could be panties are to tight. get rid of nylon and stick with cotton
