Pack a lunch with a sandwich, bag of chips, piece of fruit, etc. You can leave the whole thing in the refrigerator at most workplaces, and have zero prep time at lunch.

Remember that almost any food you can buy is healthy if you eat it in the right way and without overeating. Try this out at the store:

1 lb. lunchmeat - ham - low-fat / low-sodium if you can get it.
1 lb. lunchmeat - turkey - also LF/LS
1/2 lb. cheese - any kind of sharp cheese that you like.
1 head of lettuce (or lettuce sandwich leaves if you can find them)
Light Mayo or whatever other condiments you require
6 pack of Hoagie or sub buns
5 bananas
6 pack of bottled water
6 pack of 100-calorie snack chips (Pringles, Cheez-Its, whatever)

Make up your lunch in the morning - it takes 5-10 minutes. You'll find that the deli meats and cheeses cost a bit more, but spread out over an entire week, you'll actually save money on going out and buying Subway or other fast food for lunch.

If you want a hot meal and your place of business has a microwave, try anything by Hormel, Campbell's, Chef Boyardee, whatever. They don't cost too much, and they aren't that high in calories... but they are also not as filling as a full lunch, and are loaded with sodium. Keep a few of these in your cupboards or even in your desk at work if you forget to pack a lunch. Also remember to keep a spoon with you when you need to eat one.

Probably the best and easiest way to get a hot meal at work for lunch, quickly, is to bring in your leftovers from the previous night's dinner. Just make sure to keep food in the refrigerator until you're ready to microwave it.

Healthy Choice and Lean Cuisine frozen entrees are great choices for they are low calorie, nutritious, and take 4-5 minutes to heat up in the microwave. I was a teacher for 12 years (with 15-20 minutes for lunch) and I ate one of these meals with some yogurt and some grapes, strawberries, whatever was in season with flavored water and it was very satisfying. The frozen meals are usually on weekly sales so look at your grocery store flyer to catch them and stock up and save.
This could work for dinner too. Just add some bagged salad.
Enjoy!

When making a healthy dinner the night b4 take some leftovers.Depending on what you had the night b4 you could put it on bread/bun in a wrap or just reheat. Also salads are good to take to work the next day, only leave the dressing off and add it at lunch time.
