Pomeranians lose their fur alot. They have a undercoat and top coat. As the pup grows it will lose the old fur to make room for the new.
If it starts getting bald spots consult the vet as it can possibly be allergies.

I would ask a few questions.

1st - when she is loosing her fur? ie. is it the same time every year, right around shedding season?

2nd - What area of the body is she losing her fur from?

3rd - Can you see skin patches and so forth? If so, where are you seeing them? Around the tail or other parts?

You could be looking at a dog with potential skin/parasite issues.
The only way to be sure is to take your Pomm. to the Veterinarian for tests and exams.
It could be a simple treatment, or he can reassure you that what your dog is doing is normal.

Best of luck!

how old is she? puppies tend to blow or shed out their puppy coat around 3-5 months. this might be what she is doing. if you feel it's extremely excessive take her to your vet. good luck.

in the winter? idk about that one. When my puppy was losing hair they told me it was because he might have been stressed out. Maybe its that...did you just move or anything that would stress her out?
