Unfortunately, your age doesn't really have anything to do with it. Everyone has a different skin makeup. Your skin produces more oil.

Good on you for stopping the lotion. Lotion clogs pores and creates dirt and opportunities for zits to appear, not to mention that Lotion in itself is extremely greasy.

I suggest a facial cleanser. Mary Kay has an absolutely wonderful set of facial cleansers. I use them myself :)

They're called "velocity", they're in orange squeeze bottles. There are many different washes in the set, but the ones that seem like they might be the most effective are the facial cleanser and oily skin treatment. Stay far, far away from the moisturizer!

Try going to the store and trying out some of the Mary Kay velocity line of facial cleanses. They really are wonderful.

Hope this helped,
L

Your skin is oily because it is lacking moisture. The more alcohol you put on your skin, the oilier it will become. You will never completely get rid of your oily skin (its in your DNA)...but you can decrease the amount of oil it produces by buying a heavy duty moisturizer. The more moisture you get on your skin the less moisture (oil) your own skin will have to produce.

basiacally the oily is to protect your skin. thats mean your skin is less of moisture/ dry. that why it's become so oily.

you can use hyaluronic asid essence to improve your oily skin
