Some of my friends said the biological reasons must elobrate for the general awareness.

I can't account for your preferences, but as guys get older and are in a position to marry, they desire a fresher view on life -- more youth and energy. Women look for stability and security from older men and men look for youth and vigor. I would also believe there is a biological factor.
These aren't fixed rules, but there are definite trends.
