Hurry up and wait! Like every one else said the most through physical you will ever get. As for the duck walk yes this is true however the girls are kept separate from the guys but it is down to your undies. You will be there most of the day even if you are first they take everyone in first thing in the morning and you just go from one line to another. I would not suggest you take anyone with you they will be very very very bored. You should get a lunch provided to you and make sure you have to pee first thing and prepare to have more pee test later on once you join and go to basic. Other then that it is pretty boring.

As Arlo Guthrie said in his famous song "Alices Restaurant"
it's the place you are tested, injected, inspected and rejected.
Full physical, forms to fill out by the dozens, vison and hearing tests.
Expect to spend all day there.

It's not too bad. You'll undergo one of the most through physicals of your life, including a breast exam .You'll take the ASVAB and you'll be counciled on what mos to choose depends on the results of the asvab.

hearing and vision tests, weighed, measured, a physical and talking about your MOS, deciding on a specialty (MOS) being sworn in, etc. nothing too traumatic.
