When I was young and immature it was hard to admit I was wrong. Now however I can finally admit when I'm wrong and am okay with it.

How easy or difficult it is depends on the level of seriousness.

i.e. I can admit I ate the last biscuit, but admitting that I acted defensively because I'm jealous and insecure might be a little tougher...but I usually swallow the lump in my throat and admit when I realize my wrongs. And when I've made a mistake, without question, I fess up no matter how hard it is (I think). Good luck to you.

No it's not easy. It's never easy to admit to mistakes or to being wrong but I do because it's the right thing to do and it sets a good example for our children (I'm grumbling here) and it makes the person who was right feel better.

I think it depends on the person to whom you're apologizing as well as the nature of the mistake.I find it easy to apologize to my family(never mind that they throw my apology in my face if they are still angry about it) but not so with friends or acquaintances .But saying sorry really makes me feel better.

Truthfully, the more you admit you're wrong, the better you feel, and the EASIER it gets to admit you're wrong. I'm quick to admit I'm wrong at work and it has always worked for me. In my personal life its a little more difficult, but its really the best way to go.

No, it's not easy, but I try to do it when I've been wrong. Nobody likes to be wrong, or admit it or apologize.

Nope, but I hate when people apologize to me with an explanation. Just saying sorry is good enough for me. I get over crap real easily.

Its hard sometimes to eat crow, but look at it this way, it makes you look responsible and mature when you do say that you are sorry when you know that you are in the wrong. Look at it this way, don't you respect someone when they are in the wrong to say they are sorry to you?

Have you never apologized before?
Yes, do it, and you'll feel better about you. A few moments of discomfort are worth it.

Goodluck
