I want any database for dental clinic management

I am a Real Estate Broker trying to get Microsoft Office Online, where there's a section for managing contacts (database section, business or personal). There is a 12-pg agreement, and a trial period. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to get far enough into the download to obtain any related charges/fees for the service, due to the security issue on my computer.
My dilemma is that I have to release security risk level in order to download, which my son says I shouldn't do.

You may try any free spread sheet application or MS Excel ( not free), if your requirement is just to keep the patient name and contact details.
But for the real dental case record management, you will require a totally dedicated dental software. Computerisation is very essential in todays dental practice. I suggest you to visit www.dentsoftware.com . They have already done installations in Iraq and in most of the middle east counties like UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar etc.
