I think the cutest puppy ever is the Beagle. The beagle is a lively, cheerful, sociable, brave, and intelligent dog with a mind of its own, that is resolute and vigilant. They have the tendency to follow their nose.

I'd say Saint Bernard puppies. They are huge and chubby and strong but still puppies.. ADORABLE and HUGGABLE!!!!!!!!!
