I am so afraid. I assumed he would leave me anyway, he wasn't serious about being with me and wanted to see others. I pulled the trigger first and broke off the relationship. I was scared because I have been broken hearted too many times. If I am with someone I want to be exclusive and not share them with other women...I was trying to learn to trust but things kept going wrong. I have built a wall up again, how do you learn to trust

How can you make it up to him? Unless he wants to get back with you, and you want to go back, I'm afraid you can't make it up to him. But you should go to him and explain yourself . . . he might understand and be willing to take you back. If you don't want him back, then maybe you could try to hook him up with a friend of yours who isn't a beast or anything.

The way you learn to trust is to realize that every single person is different, and that you are being unfair to them by not giving them the benefit of the doubt. If the man you're dating is really a decent person, then you will hurt his feelings badly by breaking up a relationship that seems to be going well. Be cautious, but don't be cynical. Good night!

What makes You think that He would allow His pride to be damaged and then let You gain 'points' by 'allowing' Him to go back to You? That is after all how it would be perceived by women. The damage is done. Modern Men no longer take one on the chin for the sake of protecting Your ego. The choice is now His, and His alone as to whether or not He will consider taking You back: if He feels that He can still (or ever again) trust You.
Perhaps You will be in luck, and He is a decent, understanding type of Man. You two certainly need to get together at a mutually acceptable venue, and get a dialogue started. Apart from that, You are on Your own. I know, because like the vast number of Men on the planet I too have been through this situation. Good luck with Your second chance.

Deny all and under no circumstances difference your solutions... the various polygraph is scare tatics and interrogation. If you fail the primary time do not fear, be optimistic. Your moment choice is to use to a police division that does not use polygraphs. Good good fortune!!
