i have an ex that has been bugging me for 2 years he just doesnt get that ive moved on he wont leave me alone i didnt see him much anyway he worked all the time never had time for me but he thinks i will go back to him i keep telling him no what will it take for him to understand

set him up with a girlfriend of yours. next time you talk to him be polite and ask if he want to join a group of friends for drinks (let him know your bf will be there) then only you your bf and your single friend go meet him and totally push the matchmaking thing. call him the next day and tell him how your friend couldn't stop talking about him etc etc etc... he will forget you faster if there is someone there for him to focus on.

Maybe it's not enough for you to talk to your ex but I'm willing to bet your boyfriend can scare and/or knock some sense into him.
