i have calcium spots on my two front teeth my family and friends say they havent noticed them but they are pretty big i was wondering if there is a special tooth are something i can do at home to make them go away if not what could the dentist do and about how much would it cost?Thanks

those can only be removed by a dentist, talk to him about bleaching or tooth colored enamel filling.

It sounds like hypocalcification to me. There are many reasons for this occurring, but your tooth didn't develop correctly in the white spots. Sometimes they are very superficial and can simply be polished off. If they don't polish off, then you have just completed the first step towards getting some bonding material put over them to mask them out. That's easy to do and relatively cheap. If they are just little spots, like a millimeter or so, it would be in the $100 ballpark.

Can you brush them off with whitening toothpaste.
