What if Jesus came back and told everyone they go to Heaven no matter what creed or transgression and then went back to Heaven. Do you believe society would fall apart or would it still govern itself? Do you believe people would be better or more cruel?

I believe no one would believe he was Jesus. But let's say we all believed he was Jesus and this was true... I think that the world would go into chaos, for this reason... Not only does what we do in this life not matter, but our next life is promised with sweet bliss. So we can live this life in any manner we want, if we destroy society, it doesn't matter, because in the next life, everything will be Heaven. In this life, it does not matter if we live or die.

If, hypothetically, we all believe there is no God at all, I don't think the world would turn to chaos, because there is no afterlife, and what we do on Earth will affect our future. How we decide to live today will affect how long we live. If we lived in chaos and lived a short life, then there goes our ONLY chance to experience any form of life. In this world, life or death does matter, and I'm sure most would want to choose to live as long as possible. Living in chaos would prevent a long life. If there is no promise for Heaven in the end, we realize this is our only chance to do the things we've wanted to do. We realize that this life is our only opportunity to create a heavenly life.

I don't like hypotheticals. Especially the one's that are completely baseless.

Jesus said when he would come back, and how he would come back. He said why he would come back, and none of your questions are based upon those things. So if Jesus came back in any other way other than the way he said he would, then it wouldn't be Jesus the Christ and I can deny him. Whoever that was. The Jesus that you find in the Bible will come back at the 'Day of Vengeance.' As he said.

After the initial spiritual shock, I'd guess that the world would keep on turning. I doubt most people take the actions they do every day with the idea of Heaven, Hell, of other afterlifes at the fronts of their minds anyway.

better yet and more realistic .What if Jesus never zombies his way to life and religion falls in popularity as education takes hold .
Will you and the responsible citizens of the planet earth find a way to come together for a real world purpose without the warring factions of religion to retard progress and kill the innocent for no good reason .do you think godless people can and will find the heart to so what should be considered our personal responsibility for ourselves and future generations .
Mind if I dream .
peaceout

Mankind were one community, then they differed among themselves, so Allah raised Prophets as bearers of good tidings and as warners, and sent down with them the book containing the truth that He might judge between the people wherein they differed. But then they began to differ about the Book, and none differed about it except those to whom it was given, after clear Signs had come to them, out of envy towards one another. Now has Allah, by His command, guided the believers to the truth in regard to which they (the unbelievers) differed; and Allah guides whomsoever He pleases to the right path.

once you know Jesus and understand what he had done for you, you want to do all you can to repay him. no matter what the cost to you. Jesus paid the greatest price, and for that i will live accordingly to him, for him.

so to answer your question, society would be fine. people would be better if they knew Christ.

but the next time Jesus comes back to earth, his followers will all be moved to heaven

I think the world would be total chaos - just think of what all the people would do if they heard Jesus was for real and all the other religions just a waste of time...

A perfect God makes all souls perfect.
We do indeed all go to heaven regardless. God is a greedy God does not do rejects.
People would continue to govern themselves the same way they do today.

it truly is equivalent to at least something called "prisoner's capture 22 problem". prisoner #a million is puzzled if his significant different changed into in charge for the crime. prisoner #2 is requested the same. if #a million confesses that his significant different changed into in charge then #2 might want to get the total penalty at the same time as #a million is going loose. similar if #2 confesses that #a million is in charge. if both turn on one yet another, they're going to both get the penalty, yet a lot less harsh than if one took the total blame. if both were to be unswerving to at least one yet another then both might want to get a very lenient penalty. the mission is that neither is acquainted with what the different is saying. the secure way is that if #a million says that #2 changed into in charge, so as that basically in case #2 did the same element, neither might want to get the total penalty. or if #2 did not confess then the total element might want to be on #2. the needed approach is self pastime. what's the right for you. till once you've some type of previous settlement with human being #2 that in spite of they do, do not confess, or on your case, do not press the button, the secure activities, for self pastime, might want to be to press the button. i might want to favor to imagine that i'm able to trust my chum in not urgent the button and that i might want to desire that he/she might want to understand that i'd not press the button both. base line... i'd not press the button

Generally I don't think it would make any difference, most people don't think about going to heaven in their day to day lives. I think it might effect christians who act the way they do for the reward they think they will get.
