I still love her very much. We have been apart for 4 months now, and we were talking for the first two months, but she did not want to speak to me anymore and she cut off all contact with me for the past two months. I have sent her email after email, and she hasn't responded, I don't even think she checks her email anymore. I am madly in love with her. In the months that we didn't talk, I have tried to move on, I have had many chances with other girls, but I can't do it. I really love my ex. On the evening that she said she didn't want to talk to me anymore, she told me all this stuff about how she was going to spend the rest of her life with me, she said that she still loved me, she told me that we would get back together but it wouldn't be for a long time. Then I left, and I wanted to go back and say my final good-bye, well I guess I kinda caught her off-guard because her new boyfriend just left, and she said that she didn't want to talk to me anymore. I'm lost. Please help? Thanks!!

Common sense says no Valentine. She has made her point that right now she doesn't want to be with you and she has a new boyfriend. But commonsense goes out the window when you love someone. I say buy her a small box of chocolates, nothing expensive, and also give her a card that says how you feel. And go out with other girls. If anything you can make some new girl friends and every date you go on helps give you some closure. Just two things, on these new dates don't bring up your ex and be totally honest about what you want.

I know one thing from experience. The more available you make yourself to her the more she won't want you back. The minute you start looking hot and dating again, she's not going to want to see you with someone else.

Hey buddy, I know where you are coming from. You are in love with her and it is hard for you to move on. I mean you still love her. And she seems like a confused girl. I guess you need to try and move on. You will fall in love with another girl. You need to open your heart to the possibility of meeting other people. I know that you do not want to hear this. I know where you are coming from, but seems like she needs her space and time. If you want, you can send her a gift, just do not expect anything from it. It is a gift and nothing else. Do not expect her to call, to write to you, or anything. And take it slow. Even if she would want to get back with you and you guys can work it out, seems like she needs some time. Sorry man. Give it some time and you will feel better.

honestly you might not like the anser I give you, but from her end she doesn't or wasn't 100% honest with you about something. As a friend, try doing your best to cope and forget about her, and if she comes up acting interested, tell her you have things you have to go do. but don't be rude about it. Maybe she'll get the picture that she most likely messed up and learn something from it. plus she will realize your moving on with your life with or without her, and not that you feel you had to be with her to live. She's not the center of your universe, you are!

Obviously she doesn't want any more contact with you.So let her go and give yourself and other girls a chance. It's useless holding on to the past. Happiness is for everyone if only you give yourself a chance.

let her go. if it's meant to happen between you guys, love will find a way. until then, stop stalking hte poor girl. give her space, and if she loves you...in time, she'll come around.

No, the past should be left where it belongs, behind.
