Not unless you do it routinely, and you take way way too much. I never heard it affecting bone. The first sign I believe is diarrhea.

I don't know about your teeth & bones, but taking too much can give you kidney stones. ALL meds & vitamins should ONLY be taken as directed on the label. Taking more will NOT make them work better & CAN HARM YOU!!!

vitamin c is water soluble, not fat soluble, that means that if you take more than 100% of the daily value, you will excrete the rest out through your urine. It will not harm you, fat soluble vitamins can because they are actually stored in your fat and not water. Vitamin C is VERY good for you all together and keeps you healthy.... but why are you taking too much anyway?
