I'd say any one of: yoga instructor/fitness instructor or professional athlete. The professions that take you outside for a majority of your time will leave your skin very weathered. And most of the inside jobs are repetative and/or sitting - not good.

To be honest, you can only stay young in your mind. Your body will age regardless. Excercise and diet will stave off the rigours of time.

But I suggest you look for satisfaction, not more time, your not gonna get that much more anyway.

Don't ignore your instincts. Something you like that helps other people is probably your best bet.

Good luck with you search.

Most jobs that keep your mind and/or body active will keep you young and healthy. Of course, if it's your mind getting the exercise at work, be sure to follow a fitness plan outside of work.

I cannot really name jobs--as I do not know what your level of education is. Executives are usually the ones with the headaches and ulcers.

You might want to try a temp agency--list all of your qualifications with them--and check out various companies/positions. A secretary for company A may want to jump off a roof--but the secretary for company B may be happier than a pig in dodo with the boss and surroundings (this is true of any type of work).

Well only you can answer this question, cause for each person it is going to be different. Any job or thing that you like doing, can do this. If you love the job you are working at , then you will be happier, and healthy and not stressed to the maks, or become suicidal. So you have to find that one job or thing that your want to really do as your work and go for it.

Jobs don't make you become suicidal.. That happens inside yourself.

You are less likely to be suicidal if you are healthy. To be healthy you need to eat good food, excercise, be in touch with your spiritual side and have good relationships.

So a job where you get do to all of those things would be ideal.

So.. something like a park ranger. Landscape gardener, groundskeeper. All sound like good options to me.

Fitness instructor. Physical activity fights off the blues. Inactivity leads to death.... which is the case with depression- people who are suffering from true depression refuse to do anything physical at some point... which leads to suicidal thoughts- death.

Dear friend, forget about that job...
Wherever u r and whatever u do as a job and... just your idea about life makes your happiness, sadness, depression or hyper activity.
Just try to enjoy your life, it's too short that it is not economical to spend it on sadness or feeling regret...

Try farming organic food. You get to exercise, eat organic non chemical filled food, and breath fresh air in the countryside. Ahh...and you don't really need alot of money cause everything is there for you to consume.
