I would really like to design and build my own budget software, I have never designed or built software before, I do not understand computer binery, I would like to know of the best program or tools for the job as well as maybe some links to webpages that can teach me ... just for personal use and because I am interested.
I hope you can help, it needs to be realy simple with a good result.

I love visural basic 2005 express. Microsoft was giving it away for free for a while but I don't know if they still are. You can get some great video tutorials for visural basic that will get you started. You don't need to know binary to use it although it can help. Have fun
