I wasn't even cold at all the whole time i spent in the room before nodding off to sleep. It's not the first time it happened too.

You might want to have a thyroid test done, this can affect your body temperature quite radically. I have an underactive thyroid and I either freeze to death when others are comfortable, or I am sweating like a pig and my husband is fighting with me to turn the heater up. If your thyroid level is "off", it's just a simple pill that you have to take, it's not a big deal, but it can be really bad for you if untreated.
Other symptoms are hair that falls out, really dry skin, fatigue, constipation...........

it is because your body wasn't having the same temperature all over it - some parts were overcooled. and this is the first reason of getting cold. doctors strongly recommend for that reason u sleep with closed window in winter
