I super agree with both answerers - i've ben using Infusium 23 for over 5 years and its super stuff, and extremely affordable. In fact its been voted best in the beauty product ratings by mags like Glamour, despite being a drugstore brand. I blowdry my hair 5 times a week but its still super shiny n soft.
I have fine straight hair that gets super tangled too - use a detangling conditioner a few times a week, super helpful. Paul Mitchell has a very good one, the best i've tried. you use very little each time so its good value for money as it lasts for ages.

I just tried Biolage-Matrix, Hydra Seal Leave In, don't buy it it is not good..I have tried many leave ins and this is not an answer but I wish I had one too..I have fine normal long hair too..
I did discover Pantene Classic Shampoo and Pantene Classic Conditioner..did make my hair feel soft and clean and I did not have to wash it so much..try it it is cheapand may solve part of your tangles issue..it takes about a week to notice the Pantene working but I lke it alot

I would like to also address why your hair is tangled when wet, do you color your hair? I really like Bio Silk from faruk. You use a pea size amount, rub in your hands and run your hands thru your hair. It's not ony a conditioner but it closes down your split ends, strenghthens the ends and makes it shinny. Good Luck

I have just discovered a brand new leave in conditioner and it works great... its made by Aussie. Try it, it comes in a little tiny purple bottle and worked great. Herbal Essence has a great regular conditioner.
