Anywhere you think that you can relax and not feel stressed out, that is up to each person, cause we are all different. You may need to learn some relaxtion tech. so you could go to a therapist, and talk with them, or even your family doctor may have some idea's. You may just be over worked and need to take a nice quit vacation, to a place that you have really been wanting to go, and just enjoy it when you do, try to leave all those worries behind you. Stress can really get the best of a person, and it is serious and you really need to talk with a doctor or a professional in that feild.

I love this question.. I always look for places according to my level of stress and mood.

The places I found interesting and very relaxing:
-- Bathroom: singing in the shower
-- A National garden: Walking can benefit many ways and the green color relax vision.
-- Take deep breathe for 5 times.
-- Listen to my favorite music: alternative Rock
-- Go to Las Vegas for concert, no gambling.
-- Walk in a beach alone or with friends
-- Go out to drink with friends and talk unusual and some silly topics.
-- of course, take time to sleep. Don't think dirty, but sleeping naked helps you to relax, too.

I take a nice bubble bath... put some bath salts in there, aroma therapy candles all around, and soft relaxing music. It always helps, you should try!
