I went on 2 dates with this guy (6 months apart, long story)- and he was falling all over himself interested in me, complementing me, and he seemed shy about it. Both were great. The second date ended up with me back at his house, and he asked me to spent the night. I said no because I had to get up early the next day, but gave him a kiss and went home after we set up a date for the next day (when I was totally planning on spending the night).

The next day he doesn't call me, but on the day after that I run into him at the bar, he sits with me and he asks me if I was mad about him not calling me. I said no but I was totally pissed- my friends say I'm over reacting, that he was just shy and embaressed about asking me to spend the night and getting turned down (he was pretty drunk). I say he just wanted to get laid and dropped me when I turned him down.

If he was complimenting you quite a bit; he is a wussy (A combination of a Wimp and a P*ssy). No man compliments that much. It is a really gay thing to do. Plus, he was trying way to hard to obtain a connection to you. He probably loved to lay you, but the fact is; he tried way too hard.

Some advice for him would be, don't try so hard. Relax, play it cool, and the sex part will happen. Rejection occurs when women smell the over-anxious stinch on a man. This is one of the first things a woman smells when around a man.

So you guys made a plan for a date the next day and you dont even hear from him..then he asks if u were mad about that? He cant have been that drunk otherwise you could say he forgot bout the date plan and thats why he didnt call but he remembered he was supposed to call so i would say he was prob pissed off...up to you to decide whether to continue it or not..hard to say after one date whether he just tryin to get in your pants..

If he asked you to spend the night on your 2nd date I'm going to say he just wants to get laid. A respectful man looking for a relationship isn't going to try to get you in the sack after 2 dates.
