I got my hair highlighted with bleach and color on friday. It is now thursday of the next week and I want to know if i can have my hair bleached all over and then have a color put on it. I have dark dark brown hair almost black and I want it to be SUPER light brown but i was told the only way to get it there was to bleach it all over and then put the color over the bleach. I just colored my hair tonight with a Garnierr Nutrisse hair dying kit to lighten myself but nothing changed at all. Will my hair be okay to get bleached adn colored tomorrow. I am also have an hot oil treatment put on my hair afterwards to help with the damage. If anyone knows how I can get my black hair to SUPER light brown without bleach PLEASR help me if not will my hair be okay with the bleach?!?!

honestly i think the bleaching should be fine, so long as you're not overly sensitive to it. you could probably go to a beuty suply store (or ask your stylist) to get some kind of hair mask( yes they exist) or quick acting reconstructive treatment type thing. so that after you get the desired color the hair won't be too bad. also if you wasnt to dye yor hair leaving it in extra works for me when i want the color to really show up. Like when it says 25 i go 45, but i think you should be fine up to an hour, also setting the dye with a hair dryer helps lock it in. i don't know if any of that worked but there you are.

You should probably give your hair a break b4 it falls out and I would go to a professional if you wanted bleach. They might not touch it since you put so many chemicals on it. I would leave it alone for awhile and give myself a really good deep condition weekly
