Put your feet in soft hot water in a tub. That will give u relief in swelled legs.

You need to see a Dr. to find out the cause of the problem, in the meantime keep your legs elevated above you heart, This allows your circulatory system to work more efficiently, to distribute the fluid through your body. Sleep with you legs elevated on a pillow or 2. In the daytime sit in a recliner, if that's not possible rest your legs on another chair. or turn a waste basket over and use it as an ottoman. Anything to keep those legs up. Also support stockings will help.

Depends on the cause, but often diuretics can be given (unless it's caused locally, perhaps by a blood clot or a problem with lymphatic drainage, then the treatment is very different)
